Excessive tonnage list hurts Supramax/Ultramax levels from Indian Ocean
Supramax/Ultramax freights are seeing just minor changes in the Indian Ocean amid poor cargo offer in most trading areas, while the tonnage side shows minor fluctuations in South Africa, looks consistent off PG and has increased in WCI. The SE Asian market, however, absorbs vessels from ECI and lends some support for owners working in that region.
